Terms & Conditions of Ultimate Holiday Trip Bookings Your booking is confirmed based on the agreed tour proposal including travel date, price, hotels, and inclusions/exclusions. Payments Upon confirmation, an advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid as per the given schedule. For peak seasons, full payment may be required at booking. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be sent in writing. Charges are as follows: 60+ days before arrival: 15% of tour price 59–30 days: 30% 29–20 days: 50% 19 days or less / No-show: No refund No refunds are applicable for cancellations during high-peak or festival periods. Refund Refunds will be made according to the cancellation policy and to the person who made the original payment. Mandatory Identification Documents Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa NRIs: Passport OCI/PIO holders: Passport + OCI/PIO card Indian Nationals: Voter ID / Driving License / Passport/ Visa is mandatory for foreign nationals. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to hotel policy. Extra Vehicle Usage Vehicles are provided only for itinerary-based use. Additional usage will incur extra charges. Disclaimer Ultimate Holiday Trip will never ask for card numbers, CVV, passwords, OTPs, or request you to install remote apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Any such activity is at your own risk. Payments via credit cards are considered final. No chargebacks will be entertained.
